Acid Alkaline Diets - Recipes To Keep Things Interesting

On things that people who undertake acid alkaline diets is recipes that keep things interesting and tasty while still deriving as much alkaline nutrition as they can.

On the surface this can seem like a difficult task in that a lot of fruits and meats are quite acidic while many more sour or sometimes bland foods are much better for you. However the occasional acidic food type is not disallowed and can be used to put something a little bit more interesting into a dish and there are so very many wonderful herbs and spices that are alkaline based and can really spice up a dish!

Here are 2 of my favorite alkaline diet recipes I have made or have found on the net:

This is a great sauce that you can put with a whole range of food. I sometimes just use it as a dip for celery and carrots or to pour over some nice strips of zucchini.

  • 1 garlic clove crushed
Cooking Instructions
  • Soak your almond sprouts overnight then let them sprout for five days.
  • In a food processor grind the almonds lightly.
  • Add all other ingredients and then grind together well
  • Done! Use on what dishes you like!
